MEETING LOCATION

The EDI New York Meeting program will take place on Wednesday, May 6th at Google Hudson 315 (315 Hudson Street) on the 10th floor in the Manhattanhenge room. Registration and breakfast are available starting at 8:00 AM, with the program beginning promptly at 9:00 AM.

BUILDING ENTRANCE & Check-In

When entering, attendees must present a government-issued ID for guest list verification. 

Please note: Physical, government-issued identification is mandatory.

Event check-in and badging will occur in the Google lobby. To access the meeting space, please take the elevator to the 9th floor. From there, take the stairway near Hudson Park Cafe up to the 10th floor. An ADA lift is available if needed.

It is important to display your event badge at all times while in the building.

CLE INFORMATION

EDI has applied in advance for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) course accreditation in states requested by registered attendees. Full attendance at this program may provide up to: 7.2 credit hours (based on a 50-minute hour) or 6 credit hours (based on a 60-minute hour). Sign-in & sign-out sheets for attendance verification are available at the registration desk.

CLOSING RECEPTION

The EDI New York Meeting Closing Reception will immediately follow the program from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at the Celestial Lounge on the 10th Floor of Google Hudson 315. The reception is open to all registered attendees.
